ADVICE New Aftermarket stereo!!??

:confused: Advice please i have just purchased at a steel a sony CDX-F7500 MP3 player a sony 10 cd changer CDX656 and a ipod lead to match.
I have the the cd changer leads.
But i need some advice on what leads i will need to be getting for the stereo to power it and what leads for stearing wheel controls because i want to keep them if poss also i was thinking about amping the original speakers to make it better!
