i have problem with my vectra c z19dth
constantly giving me the p0400 insuficient egr flow.
new egr valve is installed,new air flow meter,new map,intake manifold cleaning,swirl flaps are active.new ecu program..but problem is still present.

nee help.so if you have some advice...
