Is anybody as sad as me :o , the Sigbum is going in tomorrow for its 1st service and I've spent hours detailing it, getting it ready. Because I don't want them to think it comes from a sh*t home.

Tonight I'll cleaning the interior and washing the carpets.

I must get a new hobby..............

it does kinda help i find. If your car is covered in brake dust and road grime and the bonnet only gets lifted every 2 years, they tend to treat the car with the same respect as you. However, if its gleaming and obviously looked after, they tend to take more care. Maybe they think you'll be more fussy?

I make sure my car's spotless before it goes to the dealer as well, its 2 year old this month & is booked in for monday morning for its year 2 service, so it'll be gleaming by sunday night :)
It also gives me a chance to get a good look around the bodywork & alloys to make sure there is no damage when i give them it, then a wee check over when i get it back as well just to make sure there are no dings or kerbed wheels ;)
