I got threatened with an fpn on a standard plate, which didn't read incorrectly, just for having a screw in the middle of a letter which was black (on a white plate), apparently it made my plate look wrong! The bobby looked like he was just out of nappies, so he was probably trying to impress someone!
Unfortunately, lots of them around at the moment!!
