Progressivly? Exhaust, air filter,re-map/tuning box, if you want 175bhp from a dti then you'll be lucky. 160 is a more respectable target ;)

I'm affraid you don't get cheap boxes for the dti and if you did find one it may wreck the fuel pump. I have a steinbauer tuning box fitted to mine and it's pushing out 155bhp. Mine cost me 150 quid (second hand) but new they are about 450 quid

The charger from the 3.0 CDTi example fits with a little fiddling with the 2.2 DTI and thus goes really well

By "a little fiddling" I think this guy means custom exhaust manifold, but you would also need coolant pipes going to the turbo as it's water cooled too.

i would imagine there would be a load of turbo lag using a v6 3.0 ltr turbo on a 2.2, its just not going to get the same gas flow at the same rpm to get it spinning up. It might produce high bhp but could be a pig to drive.

Well...you wouldn't exactly drive it slow would you? :D I think it would be a beast to drive above 2.5k RPM :D

Try BHPtuner in leeds (Exhaust Discounts Ltd), Not that you'll see 175hp though :)
