DISCLAIMER: AIRBAGS ARE EXPLOSIVE DEVICES AND THEREFORE CAN BE DANGEROUS. The instructions above should only be followed if you have complete confidence in what you are doing. If in any doubt, leave to a professional.
Being a Signum is should be after MY 2003.5, but just in case it's not then I've put both airbag instructions.
Basically there was a change in 2003.5 where it went from having one connection to the airnag to having two - so you'll see straight away which one yours is.

Is this the same to remove the steering wheel on the vectra C?
Also is it possible to fit the facelift steering wheel to the vectra C? Will all of the controls still work?
Thanks

the wheels all remove the same way, and OBSERVE THE SAME CAUTIONARY NOTICE.
Because of the way the car is internally wired, it will cost you over £1800 to fit the later scroll wheel to your button'd steering wheel..none of the controls will work and it will fault like mad..don't bother..

Thanks mate, I thought if it was a straight swap then it would be worth doing it, however after what you've just told me I tihnk i'll leave it.
Are there any other straight swaps/upgrades you can have from the facelift that will fit direct?

in most cases, the best upgrade are from higher specced early cars.. they are fully loaded compared to the facelifts... early facelifts and late pre facelifts were by comparisom quite stripped of all the nice toys..
