Hi all
new to the site can anyone help ? my windows keep going down by themselvs at varing times, had it in to the dealer they say no fault can be detected , but it keeps happening cant really use the vehicle if I have to leave it , as soon as the windows drop the alarm goes off as soon as a movement is detected, The dealership say its not warranty work but I cant agree with that,

tell them to stop being daft, ofcourse its waranty work if your vehicle is only a year old!! :mad:

Take it back to them and get them to fix it.....

as steven says it is deffo warrenty work mate they are just fobbing you off

I know it might be silly but check you are not sitting on the key fob, holding down the open button will also open the windows the doors will lock after 30 secs or so but the windows stay down.
Twice now my neighbour has knocked and told me all my windows were down, it also happened on holiday where the windows went halfway down but I was in a games room where I was up and down all the time and the car was right outside.
