I've see figures from 150bhp which is the normal 2.2 (what's the difference by the way) upwards and the Signum 2.2 direct is quoted as being alot higher but what is the real figure and do the Signum's really have more power and how?

I know that my car is seriously impressive for what it is but I'd like to know what it's supposed to be but the figures aren't really available.

If anyone can help I'd be grateful :)

Thanks

That 0-60 time seems more realistic than the one in top gear magazine :) Thanks for that :) What does 155ps work out into bhp?

Thanks :)

155 PS = 154.553 BHP

On modern engines with ECM, the power output is very controllable by the ECM. Yes phyical limitation will be there by air inlet restriction, fuelling rate max, etc. but upto these limits is controlled by the calibration software. (ie more much fuel and when injected and ignited etc)

I thought there was a greater difference between ps and bhp :o
