i got mine from here when I did my conversion -
http://www.tm-developments.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=31_32_18&products_id=1084
you will have to remember that there going to be flexible and you need to route them yourselves - although the later z20nets DID come with the TD04's so you Could in theory ask Vx for the part nos from an newer (57 plated onwards) and then fit the ones that are designed to the engine ;)

VX Part numbers are:
Oil return pipe - P/N 12787669 £20.30 + VAT
Oil feed pipe - P/N 55561198 £30.00 ish + VAT (Special order from Germany)
Water feed pipe P/N 12787767 £23.20 + VAT
Be sure the oil pipes come with the Banjo bolts, they have a different part number that I do not have to hand and are about £13 each..
Intercooler feed hose (don't know part number) these are the same from the Garrett turbo to the Mitsubishi TD04 from cars with Chassis 5 onwards.
don't forget the gaskets....
turbo to downpipe gasket P/N 55355416 £3.60 + VAT
Oil return pipe gasket (don't know part number), also available from ebay
turbo to manifold gasket (don't know part number)
Alternative suppliers of such parts are Saab breakers.

My car has the TD04 and its a facelift 06 plate. I was expecting to see the garret so to find the mitsi was quite nice!
Whats the power plans once you source the lines buddy?
