anyone know of a Port & Polish service in the South East?

Hi Guys,

I've been looking around on the forum and Google, and surprisingly I'm finding it quite hard to find any mention of anybody that would do a port & polish service anywhere near the south east of England. (London/Surrey?)

Any ideas?

Do you still have a 1.8? You realise you car wont run without a remap if you P&P? As soon as you start it and put any load on the engine it will go into limp.

Oh really? I had no idea that would happen. So basically I need to do the P&P and a remap at the same time, well that shouldn't be too hard to sort out.

I'm planning on getting a new exhaust first before I do that anyway, will have to sort out any other mods first before I do the P&P

But I'm still yet to find anywhere that will do a P&P for me (and a remap!) :s

It may just be a 2.2 thing, but as soon as you flow the head the sums dont add up so it goes into limp from what i'm aware. Have you tried Courts?
When the guys really want to go to town on the 2.2 they have to use the saab 2.0 head as there's not enough metal to remove in the stock head.
Might sound daft but have you asked on a corsa c forum, its likley they have played about with it, or even Dre the admin on vectra sport as he had a stonking 1.8, dont quote me but I think it was kicking out around 200bhp.
