View Full Version : An important poll about our insurance scheme!

In an attempt to refine and enhance our service, we are doing a poll to find out what makes you ring us up for a quote.
The options are –
1.Was it seeing a post from me on our thread that reminded you?
2.Was it that you knew about the scheme regardless of anyone posting or not, and didn’t need reminding?
3.From our forum advert/banner/wording/pm?
This isn’t a thread to discuss the criteria but just an exercise to glean information.
Would you be kind enough to vote please?
Many thanks!

I first spotted you guys on AON and that's when i tried yourselves for a quote and came out trumps :)
Been with you 3/4 years now i have to say this year was the worst with being you customer service wise. One person saying my quote was one thing then it actually coming in seriously higher.

I saw you on the forum so I thought it must be worth the phone call.....
BIG mistake......refused insurance on the grounds of not owning a driveway......would not reccommend to others...or ring you back (once I have bought next doors house and knocked it down to create a driveway).
Cheers.

The way CK and other similar companies such as Green light or AF keep premiums down is by limiting who they insure! Its the way insurance works. Living in a high risk area is no different to driving a high risk car. If you had rung up to insure a veyron and been told sorry we cant quote you you wouldnt be complaining about it, or if a 17 year old got told he couldnt be insured on a VXR by Saga. Its exactly the same. It is because they wont insure people in certain areas that means my insurance is much better with CK and Green light then the likes of direct line or Elephant.
Its the harsh reality of life! Get over it and stop making out that just because CK couldnt insure you because of where you live this makes them a bad company! I bet green light or Saga wouldnt insure you either, but you dont go complaining about them.
Oh and no I dont work for an insurance company just sick of your bleating on here about how CK couldn't help you out on this occasion so that means they must be rubbish for everyone.

Option three, although you wouldn't even match my quotes on my second year.

You have never been able to get anywhere near any of my quotes from Adrian Flux and have give up trying you. When I said I have a lower quote your team never seemed bothered. As for some sort of discount for forum members I have yet to see it and got quotes without mentioning being a forum member and being a forum member and they are always the same.

Oh I forgot to say I am not convinced with your advertising banner. It says you get an average saving. From the looks of it, it is based on people that take up the policies and does not include the quotes you give out which is a bit false if you ask me
