sprint booster chip

looking at sprint boosters. Dont know much about them. Im guessing it will fit a signum/vectra 2.0T and do you get much in BHP.
What you think guys?

Seems to me like it's a simple signal amplifier & probably a complete waste of money...

It will probably be like flooring it on 25% throttle, if you want to floor it, just floor it!
