    Default 3.2 misfire

    HI ALL,I GOT A `04 VECCY 3.2 GSI,WITH 154,000 ON IT.I`VE HAD IT FOR 2 YRS NOW .DRIVES GREAT ,BUT AT TIMES I GET CODES .P0300.P0301 AND P0313.MY EML COMES ON FLASHES ABOUT 6 OR 7 TIMES THEN GOES OUT AND DRIVES NORMALLY.HAVING TO DRIVE WITH MY CODE READER IN GLOVEBOX ,IN CASE I GET STUCK. CHANGED PLUGS ,COIL PACKS. VX SERVICE ...LIGHT NOT COMING ON WHEN THEY HAD IT OF COURSE. MAINLY HAPPENS AFTER HARD ACCELERATING THEN PEDAL OFF ,COMES ON THEN ..... THOUGHTS ANYONE ?

    Sounds like O2/ Lambda, or what ever you want to call them, sensors failing.

    Whats happening is as you roll off the throttle after heavy load one of them is picking up either over or underfuelling problem (too lean/ rich)

    There are 4 in total 2 either side of the pre-cat out of each bank, they are all the same.

    Would suggest you go for Bosch or GM. Bosch are £58ish each from http://www.vauxhallworldparts.com/

    Not too difficult to replace if you remove the plenum and have a 22mm crows foot spanner with about 25mm extension

    I know as Have done mine twice in the last 2 weeks!!

    Either that or the pre cats are failing causing the issue
