IF your car has been regularly serviced then there is no point in using an engine flush, would only use one if there was a known problem.
Have known a few engines to be damaged with the wrong use of engine flush too.
If you really want you could double flush the engine oil, that will help remove carbon and won't cause unnecessary engine wear.
Going off topic but most dealers wont be able to diagnose faults with a laptop due to not being able to read the data correctly, DTC's are only half the information, theres more to finding a fault to reading a code on a screen
