Plasma's Salvage Project

Day 1 - Had a phone call about 7.30am saying the delivery driver was about an hour away. He finally rolled up about 9.30am. Car started first time on the back of the truck no smoke from cold so was a good sign. Drove it from the truck to my driveway. Gearchange nice and smoke clutch nice and soft and steering felt fine too.

I'd told Soulman about the project and roped him into helping for the day.

Soulman turned up about 10am and I set him to work on the interior to remove the dash fasia complete, whilst I set about removing the wings, headlights and front slam panel which had to be drilled out.
















It rained on and off for quite a while today, but pleased with the outcome.

Didnt take any pictures of the parts removed was starting to rain, will take them tomorrow and add to the bottom of this thread. All goals were acheived for today.

For day2 I'm hoping to fit the new passenger airbag, refit the dash fascia complete and remove the rad pack and start to fit the new one IF i can find a new intercooler in time. Day 2 will be saturday

Found it on ebay, decided I like to do this and then get rid of the vec b, shes started to show her age, think the turbo seal is going/gone... Thus whilst doing this I'd facelift it too
