Injector question

Hi all the I have a 1.9 cdti 150 and the hose that sits on top of the injectors has perished causing the diesel to leak out of it. Can you buy the hose seperately? And does anyone know what it is called? The leak is on injector no3. Sorry for the poor description. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks guys. Do you have to replace the plastic clips on top of the injectors too?
