They're 0805's mate.
Take the brass clips off the side of the HU, the fascia paps off then there are a load of little torks that hold the board in
Try this on for size

Holy cow lol comes apart same as the cd30 by any chance do you know which is negative and positive on the 0805 I've got some blue ones and they have a green dot on them
Hmmm, well the ones i use have a green arrow on them. The arrow points to -ve. Doesn't really help you i guess
The green bit is one the top of the led not under it not really looked at it if it's a arrow or not tho was guess work with steering wheel lol
I used 0603 in mine.
Marc I can make you a pic up of all the LED positives if you need.,
Also when i pulled mine out I firstly took off the two brackets on each side. Two torx 10 screws hold each one on.
I then could easily remove the face plate.
Getting the button off the front is a job in its self but it does lift off with some force applied.

The face comes off the same as the cd30 to what I can see with screws on sides then face comes off them a load of screws lol
Be great if you could draw me one up only thing I have to keep seeing which way is positive
Do you need it tonight as I could do a better one at work tomorrow.
Oh do you still need to do your LCD.
I got the correct connections for this when using 0603 leds if you want it.

O not done my LCD yet was going to is plcc2 but tried my mate's n didn't work so need to really see what the connections are on them.
Which LCD?
