On my way home tonight I noticed a Fraud Mondeo being driven like the man was possessed. When he had caught up to a Corsa he started swerving around like he was trying to force her off the road, then he got in front of her and braked very hard forcing her to skid.
I was just thinking 'what an idiot', but then I realised that it could of been my wife he was having a go at . He started to accelerate to get back into my lane to get in front of me again, so I stayed beside him keeping him in the left hand lane . Lots of words were exchanged between the two of us as I really objected to him picking on a (what looked like) a girl of about 18 years old on her own.
His lane started to back up so he had to stop, and my lane was flowing so I kept moving. Then my lane stopped and his was flowing so he eventually caught me up. He slammed his brakes on and shouted a rude word at me that came with a hand gesture ;-), then sped off and threw his car round a left hand turn in an attempt to put as much distance between him and me as he could. When I had the chance I proceeded round this left hand turn also, to find that he'd only driven into the back of a parked car. The owners of the parked car where present, so I gave my details to them as a witness to his style of driving.
It couldn't of happened to a nicer chap, and he was as quiet as a mouse face to face.
It's amazing how aggressive people get behind the wheel and then when they get out of the car they wouldn't say boo to a goose.
